Handmade potenciometers.... 10 turns: approximately 10kOhm/turn, but! one petenciometer, when you turn him to his minimal position it has 20 Ohm value, then when you turn it slowly back i goes to 1 Ohm and then the value starts to rise a gain. At least this doesnt happen on the other side (even if you flip the pins).
